In addition to managing land consolidation projects by defining activities and resources, monitoring work execution, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the consolidation process (including municipal authorities, the Republic Geodetic Authority, etc.), I have developed comprehensive software that tracks all phases of land consolidation based on my years of experience. I also designed a new road network, a new geodetic network, and facilitated the division of new parcels based on the preferences and capabilities of the consolidation participants, covering over 25,000 hectares, for:

2017 - “Production of a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and orthophoto for 2,000 hectares near the town of Bor.” for the Rakita Exploration doo Bor
My role: Photogrammetric processing utilizing Photoscan (Agisoft) and ENVI LiDAR, including block adjustment, Digital Terrain Model (DTM)/Digital Surface Model (DSM) production, and orthophoto generation.
2017 - Production of topographic plans at a scale of 1:2500 for 600 kilometers of corridors in the Golija mountain region.

2010 - “"Production of a rail spatial database, Digital Terrain Model (DTM), and orthophoto for 4,000 hectares of rail sections in Vidin, Velingrad, and Burgas for Eurosense EOOD, Bulgaria."
My Role: As a project manager, I participated in defining activities, assembling teams, and establishing work procedures, keeping in mind that this type of project was being undertaken for the first time at Evrogeomatika. In collaboration with the Investor, I defined the formats and attributes of the output data and implemented their automation within the work process. I established quality control procedures for the output data, monitored the progress of the work, and held regular meetings with the Client to inform them of advancements, issues, and possible solutions.
2010 -"Production of 3D building models for the cities of Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš" for Telekom Srbija a.d., Belgrade.
My Role: Project preparation, monitoring project status, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance and quality control standards.
2005-2010 - "Provision of orthophoto maps for Serbia, covering 80,000 square kilometers in three scales (1:1000, 1:2500, 1:5000) for the Republic Geodetic Authority."
My role: The project resulted in the production of orthophoto maps for the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia at a scale of 1:5000, as well as maps at a scale of 1:2500 for specific areas in Vojvodina and 1:1000 maps for 165 cities across the Republic of Serbia. The project was led by the Danish company COWI, while EvroGeomatika handled the complete data processing. In addition to defining activities in collaboration with experts from COWI, I was responsible for management tasks within EvroGeomatika. This included establishing work processes and team sizes based on the SocetSet methodology, as well as defining quality control measures for the data delivered to the end user. I assembled a team and conducted their training for specific tasks, resolved technical issues, organized and led a team for developing software to transform all output orthophoto maps into various projections, and maintained frequent communication with experts from the Republic Geodetic Authority. I also attended the planned periodic consortium meetings with the project customer representatives.
2001-2004 Production of orthophoto maps in various scales for the towns of Vršac, Aranđelovac, Užice, Sevojno, and Bajina Bašta (Municipalities: Vršac, Aranđelovac, Užice, and Bajina Bašta).
My role: Bundle adjustment, team management, project status monitoring, quality controls.
The land consolidation application was developed and improved during the execution of land consolidation projects, where my primary role was project management. In the first version, created during the implementation of the land consolidation project for the cadastral municipality of Adorjan, the program included two modules: one for working with alphanumeric data based on ASP.NET technology and a MySQL database, and another for handling spatial data based on Manifold. In the second version, the program became a complete solution built on a web platform, utilizing the Laravel framework and a PostgreSQL database.
My role: I am responsible for defining the database model and developing the complete codebase using ASP.NET and PHP. This involves not only the implementation of the software solution but also conducting training sessions to ensure that users can effectively utilize the system. My work encompasses the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and user support.
2009/2011 Development of GIS software with 2D and 3D mapping viewer and it’s integration with images from surveillance camera in real-time. (Municipality of Rakovica).
My role: This project was particularly interesting because it involved integrating 3D spatial data that we collected with images from 18 cameras strategically placed throughout the Rakovica municipality. This essentially meant creating a 3D model of buildings along with a digital model and all spatial data, including cadastral and urban planning information. Users could click to obtain information about selected elements, as well as adjust the visibility of the camera feed while maintaining consistent functionality. In this role, I am responsible for the following tasks: Project Task Definition: Clearly defining project tasks and objectives. Communication with the Municipality: Facilitating effective communication between the municipality and the development team. Software Testing: Ensuring rigorous testing of software solutions. Education: Providing necessary education and training to team members.
2009 - "Image Transformation Software"
My role: As the project manager, I assembled a team tasked with developing software to transform over 56,000 images from one system to another. In addition to drafting the project specifications and conducting technical discussions with the programming team, I was responsible for defining the methodology and user interface. I monitored the project activities, organized initial testing phases, and ensured smooth operations, considering that the software sent image segments from a central computer to various networked computers for transformation.
2004 - Acceleration of the analysis and reporting in the claim process within the Urban Planning Department.
My role: The goal was to facilitate the legalization process through spatial analyses, leveraging the urban construction rules and spatial data from the urban master plan for Belgrade. This initiative was carried out in the Municipality of Rakovica. Through several meetings with employees in the Urban Planning Department, I defined the workflow processes that guided the customization of ArcGIS. In addition to coding, I systematized and centralized spatial data that had previously been utilized in various locations, projections, and software applications. The enhancements we achieved through the revised methodology and customization led to a significant increase in efficiency: we improved from processing two to three cases per day to completing a single case in a maximum of 20 minutes.
2002 EcoTrack is decision support rail application developed on TUDelft (TUDelft, Delft, Netherlend)
My role: I explore the possibilities of integrating gathered rails data with GIS (Geographic Information Systems). Additionally, I am involved in developing a module with the primary goal of using measured data to create inputs for the decision definition module.
2017 - Video animation of planed highway between Banja Luka and Novi Grad using orthophoto, digital terrain model and project documentation. (Institute of transportation CIP)
My role: I was responsible for creating two films in ArcScene, which involved comprehensive data preparation and transformation from project documentation. The aim was to visually present the project solution for the road alignment using real data, including a digital terrain model and orthophoto maps.
2016 - The “School to Go” seminar was developed within the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development.
My role: Given the increasing use of presentations and digital materials shared in schools, the idea is to develop an environment that, with customizable user interface options, automatically generates content for direct access via CDs, flash drives, and other media. 2006/2012 - "University of Belgrade - Faculty of Medicine Intro CD"
My role: I was involved in developing a multimedia CD based on Macromedia Flash technology. This CD includes all relevant information about the Medical University, covering its history, organization, student life, professors, and more. Additionally, it provides essential information for first-grade students. The CD also features orthophoto maps and VR panoramas. Its purpose is to serve both students and the University management, particularly for promotional and advertisement purposes. This project was carried out in collaboration with the CIBID Publishing Center of the Medical University. In addition to defining deadlines, pricing, and content with representatives from CIBIT, my role included the comprehensive design of the entire content. My role:
2007 Establishing a Geographic Information System (GIS) in the Municipality of Vračar: This initiative involves integrating address data, cadastral information, and urban data. The goal is to create a customized system that facilitates easy data retrieval based on specified criteria. By combining these datasets, the municipality can efficiently manage and analyze spatial information for better decision-making and urban planning.

2007-2009 Contributing to More Balanced and Sustainable Spatial Development in the Municipality of Kovin through the Establishment of a Geographic Information System (GIS) Database, Data Integration, and Education. This collaborative effort involves the European Agency for Reconstruction and the Municipality of Kovin. By creating a robust GIS database, integrating relevant data, and providing education, the project aims to enhance spatial planning and promote sustainable development in the region.
My role:
2004/2007/2010 Establishing a Geographic Information System (GIS) in the Municipality of Rakovica: This initiative involves integrating spatial and alphanumeric databases from various departments within the municipality. Additionally, it includes the integration of 3D spatial data with a 17-camera security system. By combining these datasets, the Municipality of Rakovica aims to enhance spatial planning, data management, and security measures.

2024 - Facade Comparison and Deviation Analysis Web Application
My role: During the facade construction process, it is essential to compare the designed state with the actual execution. To facilitate facade element creation, all building facades were scanned. I developed a Python script that calculates the deviation between the executed and designed states and colored the point cloud according to a deviation scale defined through 21 classes. I also created a web application using Cesium.js for result visualization and reporting for each facade. The application allows users to view the point cloud, measure 3D surfaces (as requested by the investor), and provides a comprehensive report with all statistical data for each side of the facade.
2023 Solar potential pilot project for Municipality Coka
My role: Data Preparation and Analysis: I am proficient in data preparation and analysis using ArcGIS and ENVI software. Web Application Development: I have experience in developing both frontend and backend components for solar energy efficiency web applications. The applications is built using the OpenLayers.js library.

My role: Developed web applications using OpenLayer javascript for visualisation and panorama showing data from mobile scanning acquisition.
2022 - Monitoring and utility applications that support production technical documentation in the legalization process for new buildings.
My role: I conducted an analysis of existing processes related to technical documentation production and project management. As a result of this analysis, I completely reshaped the workflow across management, data collection, data preparation, and technical documentation production. Additionally, I introduced and customized Google Sheets as a management tool. To streamline the production of approximately 400 sketches of apartments, which are part of the technical documentation, I implemented customizations based on AutoCAD and Excel.

My role: I specialize in the development of both frontend and backend web applications using the Cesium.js library. Additionally, I handle data preparation and integration in various formats for web applications and QGIS GIS applications.
